Courtney Hlady is a resident physiotherapist with a rich background in competitive dance. She pursued her passion for human movement by earning both her Bachelor of Kinesiology and Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto. During her academic journey, Courtney gained valuable experience working with various varsity sports teams at the University of Toronto, igniting her interest in sports medicine and rehabilitation. She has completed her Level 1 certification in manipulative therapy and has undertaken specialized training focused on treating dancers. Courtney’s unique combination of dance experience and strength and conditioning allows her to offer a distinctive approach to rehabilitating artistic athletes. She is committed to utilizing the latest evidence- based practices to optimize recovery and prevent future injuries by enhancing movement patterns. Outside of the clinic, Courtney enjoys walking her dog, reading a good book, or staying active at the gym.
