Position Overview

We are seeking a self-motivated Independent Contractor Chiropractor to join our team under a split-fee compensation model. This role is ideal for a chiropractor who values clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and high-quality, patient-centred care within a rehabilitation setting.

Clinic model: 

1:1 patient care, with 60-minute initial assessments and 30-minute follow-up appointments, allowing time for thorough assessment, hands-on treatment, rehabilitation, and education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive chiropractic assessments and diagnoses

  • Develop and deliver individualized, evidence-based treatment plans

  • Provide exercise prescription, patient education, and manual therapy as appropriate

  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards

  • Collaborate with physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals

  • Build and maintain a strong patient caseload and professional presence within the clinic

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree

  • Registered and in good standing with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario

  • Professional liability insurance (independent contractor)

  • Strong interest or experience in sports and musculoskeletal care

  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule

This role is ideal for an RMT who values autonomy, flexible scheduling, and delivering high-quality, patient-centred care in a rehabilitation-focused setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and treat patients using evidence-informed massage therapy

  • Provide hands-on care for musculoskeletal and sports-related conditions

  • Educate patients on self-care, injury prevention, and recovery

  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with CMTO standards

  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team and build a consistent caseload

Qualifications

  • Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)

  • Professional liability insurance as an independent contractor – required

  • Strong interest or experience in sports and musculoskeletal care

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
